Skip The Games respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement reported to our designated agent.

Important Notice

Skip The Games is a classifieds directory that aggregates content from third-party sources. We do not host or create the original content. However, if copyrighted material appears on our Site without authorization, we will take appropriate action upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or displayed on our Site in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a written notice to our DMCA agent containing the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. The URL(s) on our Site where the allegedly infringing material is located, specific enough for us to find it
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Please use "DMCA Takedown Notice" as the subject line. Incomplete notices may not be processed. We aim to review and act on valid notices within 24-48 hours.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate access for users or sources that are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
